- Q: What do I do if I want to return one of ET's products?
A: If you discover your product is defective, return it to ET Industries, postage prepaid, for a replacement.
- Q: What happens when a purchase is made by clicking a PayPal ‘Buy Now’ button?
A: When a site visitor chooses to pay for an item from this site, she'll click the corresponding PayPal button to begin the transaction process. A PayPal Payment Details page will open in the browser window, displaying information about the transaction she is about to begin and prompting her to sign in to her existing PayPal account or create a new account. If she does not currently have a PayPal account or wishes to use Visa or Mastercard, she can follow the instructions to complete Shipping and Billing information to complete a credit card transaction.
Once she has signed in to or created an account, she will see a more detailed payment page on which she can review details of the transaction and enter shipping and other information, if applicable. To complete the transaction and submit payment for the item, she'll click the "Pay" button at the bottom of the page. To cancel the transaction, she can select "Cancel."
If she completes the transaction and submits her payment, she will see a page confirming that her payment has been successfully submitted. When she clicks the "Continue" link at the bottom of that page, she will arrive on the confirmation page of the ET Industries site.
If she chooses to cancel, she will see instead a page confirming that she has canceled the transaction. When she clicks the "Continue" link at the bottom of that page, she will arrive on the cancellation page of the ET Industries site.
The transaction process is complete, she can now continue exploring the site.
- Q: How will my order be sent to me and how long will it take?
A: Once your payment is confirmed, your product(s) will be packed and shipped immediately via Parcel Post. Expect to receive your order in the mail within 2 weeks. If we experience any difficulties filling your order, we will contact you. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
- Q: How do I become a distributor for ET Industries Inc. or add

- Q: Just how powerful is Thunderhead?
A: Thunderhead drenches you! That’s the perfect word to describe it.
Its oversized head has a total of 90 jets and it has a wide-track, “full body” spray covering nine inches in width.
As a result, you don’t have to move around to make sure your whole head gets rinsed. Just stand there and relax: Thunderhead has got you covered.
- Q: Thunderhead sounds perfect for people whose homes have strong water pressure. But what about people who have low water pressure?
A: No worries. We designed Thunderhead to deliver a strong shower even in areas with low water pressure. There is an ultra-thin patented pressure chamber inside the showerhead that distributes the water flow equally throughout all 90 nipples.
The shape of the spray jets is actually designed to maximize spray force under low pressure conditions.
- Q: What about people with large families who just can’t afford that much hot water?
A: That’s why we include a pressure balance flow controller in the package, which is easy to insert. This little device regulates the flow at exactly 9.5 liters per minute, regardless of your particular water pressure, which will reduce hot water usage for those that need to.
- Q: If the head uses five gallons per minute, won’t we run out of hot water after one shower?
A: No! A five-minute shower will use about twenty gallons of hot water, so a family could still take two five-minute showers in a row even at a high flow rate. Again, if you have children, you might want to insert the optional flow controller, included with the product.
- Q: Buildup of hard water scale on showerheads is a huge problem these days. What about Thunderhead?
A: Thunderhead solves this problem without even taking it off the pipe.
The nipples on the spray head are made of rubber and are large, soft, and hollow. Think of a baby bottle nipple! All you do is pinch them to break up and flush out any buildup. Brush your hand back and forth across the head to remove any sediment that’s collected.
- Q: How do I install Thunderhead?
A: Thunderhead is a snap to install. The coupling fits into the palm of your hand and you can thread it on your shower pipe in seconds by hand – without tools. Teflon tape is provided for extra sealing.

- Q: How do the sprayers attach to faucets?
A: The sprayers thread on manually to any standard faucet, and adapters are included for threading to all standard faucets. In rare circumstances, some faucet manufacturers make off-sized threads - but adapters for these non-standard threads are available at Home Depot, Lowes, etc.
- Q: I already have a hose sprayer. Why should I buy yours?
A: Firstly, our sprayer surpasses hose sprayers because of its simplicity. Turn your tap on, and the sprayer is activated. No more "fighting" with your hose sprayer to get it to its target, and then wrestling it back into its hole.
Secondly, our brilliantly simple sprayer design means much less likelihood of breakage or leakage with our product. In fact, there is minimal chance our sprayer will cause costly plumbing problems.

- Q: When I remove Monitor Wing, will it leave any residue behind?
A: No, it won't. All tape residue can be removed.
- Q: How do the penholder clip and the copyholder clip work?
A: The penholder clip holds the dry erase pen on the computer monitor itself, and attaches instantly with peel and stick double-sided tape.
The copyholder clip attaches with a wax adhesive. The clip holds a single sheet of paper conveniently at eye level.
